Ratepayers annual meeting

Hello neighbours, It's that time of year again and we will be setting the date for the Rate Payers Association annual meeting shortly. This is a meeting where you as a rate payer can bring up any questions or concerns about Highland Park, so we encourage you to attend. Our chair resigned last year, so we will need to fill the position. ¬†If you or someone you know, would like the opportunity to become our new Chair or become part of our rate payers association committee, now is the time. Here is a list of positions and their general duties : All members attend meetings and events and collaborate on all association matters. President (Chair) - Conducts the flow of meetings, a liaison between the association and H.R.M., determines the necessity of meetings with the group and sets the agenda. Vice - Fills in as Chair as needed, schedules and updates on special projects. Secretary - Responsible for minutes at meetings Communications - Responsible for updating and checking the website and email Treasurer - Responsible for managing and updating the association account. Director ‚?? Events co-ordinator Members - Collaborate and assist with events As soon as a date is confirmed it will be posted on the Highland Park News page as well the the Highland Park Subdivision facebook page.
