Update from Matt Whitman, HRM Councillor


    1. Zoning
      1. There was a public meeting, the existing zoning remains
    2. HRM Funding
      1. Getting onto Long Term plan for HRM
      2. What can be on the plan (no more outdoor rinks)
      3. When is the earliest we can start
    3. Hammonds Plains Road and Capital Works
      1. Updates for road work and highway access (Margeson Drive)
    4. Second Exit
      1. There are flags and we understand the land owners want it back if the exit isn’t created.
    5. Lake Access
      1. This was never resolved, please update.
    6. Transit – bus service (additional stops or round trip for Metro X)
    7. HRM update – How your counsellor can help
